Apprenticeships
Our comprehensive apprenticeship schemes allows us to nurture talent and build a strong engineer base so we can deliver a continued, consistent level of service to our clients.
We have an excellent track record in the provision of apprenticeship programmes and recognizes that they are a key aspect of a work-based route to skills development. MSS sees apprenticeships as essential in growing and sustaining a talented and fulfilled workforce.
Under our scheme the apprentice is employed and training is delivered in the work place and at college. All MSS apprentices are closely supervised and mentored throughout their learning programme. The company regularly reviews progress, recognizes success and offers every possible support to nurture growing talent within the business.
