Meet the Team
Jamie Reynolds, Chief Operating Officer
Prior to joining Managed Support Services, Jamie Reynolds was the co-Chief Executive of GSH Group plc. Jamie joined GSH in 1993 and having covered a number of roles within the Group was appointed GSH’s youngest Board member, responsible for sales, in 2002. Thereafter, Jamie relocated to the US in 2005 where he successfully grew the GSH Facilities management business from a start up before returning to the UK in 2008.
Chris Riley, Group Managing Director
Chris joined Managed Support Services in January 2010, prior to this he worked for the GSH Group where he spent 16 years and held a number of senior positions including Deputy Managing Director. Chris has more than 20 years experience in the facilities management sector and is responsible for the day-to-day service delivery and ongoing development of the MSS technical offering.
John Bentley, Group Commercial Director
John is a qualified engineer who started his career in the Corp of The Royal Engineers. He joined Managed Support Services from FES FM where he was responsible for the company’s southern operations. Prior to that he worked at Modus Group where he was responsible for developing their FM division. He joins MSS with a remit to support the senior management team in further developing the business.
Glenn Preston, Operations Director
Glenn has more than 25 years experience in the building services sector and prior to joining Managed Support Services he was Key Account Manager for several major blue-chip, multi-million pound contracts. He joined MSS in 2010 and is responsible for all operational aspects.. He has successfully set up the 24-hour nationwide helpdesk and has been instrumental in supporting the integration of the ew acquisitions into the business.
Ian Woods, Project Director
Ian has over 20 years experience of design, installation and commissioning of all types of
HVAC systems within the UK market, delivering projects from £50K contract value to in excess of £2M. Ian’s particular strengths are the ability to deliver projects utilising a self delivery model, incorporating all trades within the Building Services Industry.Colin Humphries, Head of Interiors
Colin joined the Group in 2003 and has held a number of senior positions before being appointed head of the division in 2010. Colin has more than 15 years experience of managing interiors contracts and projects and in the last five years he has significantly contributed to the successful expansion of the division into large scale projects and the development of long-term client relations.
Tony Olds, Managing Director – Environmental Compliance
Tony has more than 15 year experience in the environmental services sector. He has developed a number of divisions through environmental service expansion and developing excellent customer relations. Tony is currently applying for The Water Management Society membership and has a strong association with the Legionella Control Association, of which MSS is to be awarded Category 1 accreditation.
Andrew Baylis, Head of Managed Support Services Health & Safety
Andrew joined Data Sound in 1986 and held a number of sales positions before being promoted to Operations Director in 2003, where he has been the driving force behind the development and expansion of the business.
Following the recent acquisition of Data Sound Andrew has been appointed Head of Managed Support Services Health & Safety.Jonathon Parker-Stafford, Finance Director
Jonathon joined Managed Support Services in 2009. He is a qualified accountant with a strong track record in the Facilities Management industry. In 2006 he qualified with the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and has held a number of senior positions prior to joining MSS as Finance Director.
